Our history :
We have been in the LIFEPO4 battery manufacturing business
for the last eight (8) years and have produced lithium batteries in mass
production for the last six (6) years.
That is longer than any other Chinese LiFePO4 manufacturer.

Our
Market :
We
were the first company in China to make 288V 200Ah LIFEPO4
battery packs and have successfully sold them to highly specialized
companies
all over the world. That was 3 years early than any other LiFePO4
supplier. In 2008, HiPower produced over 25% of all the

Thanks
for HIPOWER'S 5 years of experience; one of our advantages is that we
know how
to produce large capacity batteries. We can produce 200Ah/600Ah single
cells now
and we are now designing a 1000Ah single cell. There are few others who
can
successfully mass produce more than 50Ah cells. They just build the
pack with
small single cells like the 18650/26650 to be in paralleled together.
To
combine that many small cells together won't give good performance
because all of
the cells within the pack cannot maintain near enough consistency
within all of
the cells. This serious inconsistency will eventually lower the life of
the
whole battery pack.

time: For products, the normal production time is 25 days 55 days if
without

10 days
if with stock. If customer only need single cells instead of battery
packs , the

REMARKS
|
Lead Acid:
Although lower in cost
and acceptable in safety, it is extremely toxic, the bad for the
environment, it has a short cycle life, is heavy in weight, and not the
best choice for many applications.
Nickel Hydride:
